Use of Services & Website
Through the services, we offer hemp flower and extract for sale (“Products”). These Products are delivered on a single purchase basis (“Purchase”)
We grant Visitors and Customers with a revocable, limited, non-exclusive and non transferable, license to access the Website and use the Services for their personal, non-commercial use, as described below.
- Visitors: people who do not register with us, but want to explore the Website. No login is required for Visitors. Visitors can view all publicly-available content on the Website and email us.
- Customers: people who make a purchase. Customers can do all things that Visitors can do, and can also access their personal account information and use the Services. It is up to our discretion to deny any individual as a Customer by rejecting their registration.

Shipping
We offer domestic shipping via UPS. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date.
Return Policy
We currently do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on orders. If your products arrive damaged or incorrect, please email marisol@solcarerituals.com as soon as possible.

To create an account and/or make purchases through the Site, you will be asked to submit certain information, which may include your name and/or a username, email address, and password.
